The 3 dimensional nature enhances the sense of life and quality.

The colours

Bright and colourful, the 3 colours represent the following:

1.     Purple – Combines the stability of blue and the energy of red. Purple is associated with royalty (God, righteousness in Christ etc) - it symbolizes power, nobility and strength. It is associated with wisdom, dignity, independence and creativity.

2.     Blue/Cyan – The colour of sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth and heaven. It is also the colour used to represent people.

3.     Gold – Yellow is the colour of the sun. It is associated with happiness, joy, intellect and energy. Gold is the ‘grown-up’ version of this. It also symbolises royalty.

The colours can be taken to represent

·         God the Father (gold) – Son (purple) - Holy Spirit (blue)

·         God (gold) – People (blue) – Church (purple)

The typeface

The typeface used has been specially adapted for CCC to reflect the circular icon, plus  

·         Classic yet modern style

·         Will not date – passing looks have been avoided (eg. fully lower case, words run together)

·         Use of lowercase gives a casual, relaxed edge to corporate style

·         Full lower case was chosen for “connect” to give a sense of approachability.
